New video: Level up! course by Aliah. Video 1

Welcome to the first video of the Level up! course for intermediate level by Aliah

The first video of the course you will begin with repeating the body positions. This is a very important topic for the dancer of any level! Aliah will explain in details about the positions of your body, hands and legs.

The second part of this class Aliah dedicates to the balance and how to train it. She will give you a set of 5 exercises. Training them regularly you will be able to improve the balance of your body and without a problem complete various difficult technical elements.

We recommend you to use a fitness brick while working on exercises presented in this video (can be bought in any fitness shop). Also, the ballet bar (can be a stable chair or a wall, for instance), suitable to serve as your support for completing some of the balance exercises.
